How our fees work
We do not believe that a one-size-fits-all fee is appropriate for architectural projects. Every project has different requirements, complexities, and levels of support, so we provide a bespoke quotation tailored to your specific needs.
Following an initial consultation, we prepare a clear fee proposal broken down by each stage of the project. We also provide an estimate of likely third-party costs, including planning application fees, Building Control charges, and external consultant fees, so you have a clear understanding of the anticipated costs before committing.
Our professional fees are calculated using an hourly rate, with each project stage capped at an agreed number of hours based on the work we expect to be required. Fees are then invoiced at the end of each completed stage, giving you clarity, flexibility, and control throughout the project.
