Mount Pleasant Road, Threemilestone

We were appointed by the new owners of this detached bungalow to provide full architectural services for its complete transformation into a modern family home.

The project included a comprehensive redesign of the internal layout, a new full-width rear extension, and the construction of a separate detached garage. The proposals were developed to improve space, functionality, and the connection between the house and garden.



Full planning permission was secured, followed by detailed design and Building Regulations approval.
