Following the success of the Carneggy project, we were appointed to prepare and submit a planning application for an additional one-and-a-half-storey dwelling on the adjoining site.
The approved scheme included dedicated parking and private amenity space, designed to sit comfortably alongside the existing self-build home.
Our involvement continued through the discharge of planning conditions and the preparation of detailed technical information for full Building Regulations approval.
