South Tehidy

Following the purchase of a site with existing permission for three detached dwellings, we were appointed to completely redesign the scheme and create three bespoke family homes.

Each property was designed with generous living accommodation, a double garage, private garden, and access from a shared gated driveway. Full planning approval was secured, including the discharge of planning conditions.

For the clients’ own plot, we also prepared a comprehensive technical drawing package for insulated concrete formwork construction, incorporating an exposed oak roof structure. The remaining two plots were designed for onward sale.



The site occupies a prominent position on the edge of the Tehidy Estate, with far-reaching countryside views towards Tehidy Woods and Tehidy Park Golf Club.
