The conversion of an underused detached garage into self-contained ancillary accommodation for the existing home, benefiting from far-reaching sea views across the bay.

Through careful planning, the available space was reconfigured to create a comfortable one-bedroom annexe with a bathroom and an open-plan kitchenette, dining, and living area.



The completed design makes efficient use of the existing structure while providing flexible additional accommodation for the property.
