Wheal Rose

Following the purchase of a garden building plot with existing planning permission, we were appointed to develop the approved scheme and prepare an application for design alterations and the discharge of planning conditions.



Located within the hamlet of Wheal Rose, near Scorrier, the project was then progressed through a comprehensive technical design stage. We prepared a full detailed drawing package and specification for Building Control approval and construction.
